  Worst experience my cat has ever had!!
  
  Where to start....
  
  1) They lost my cats information so had no contact details for us in the event of an emergency.
  
  2) they failed to administer the medication provided and detailed on those forms for 8 days leaving us with an £80 vet bill
  
  3) our cat was so distressed he use to toy box we provided as a litter tray and was left for a week full of toys soaked in urine and cover in poo.
  
  4) they failed to contact anyone about the fact he was so distressed and had no idea when we were collecting him.
  
  5) we had to throw out all the blankets and toys and bedding he loves because they were covered in wee and poo.
  
  NEVER send you cat or dog here it's horrendous.
  
  UPDATE
  
  Having been promised a full refund of any vet bills incurred as a results, I was today sworn at and called a lier over the phone.
  
  Having ignored several emails requesting payment of the vet bill, I rang today to enquire as to why no one had been in touch. Having written a review they are now refusing to pay the costs incurred.
  
  I was told by Malcom a man i have never met and who was not there when i dropped off or collected my pet that that I did not provide relevant information, how he knows this I am unsure.
